In this paper the author points out Heidegger's original account of ontological question, which is presented in his Winter course of 1928 Introduction to Philosophy. Heidegger applies here a new and metaphysical concept of game in order to develop and to make explicit the transcendence of Dasein. In this sense of «game» it is possible to see more than following rules or acting accordingly these rules. The playing give to itself the frame within which it can be formed and changed. Heidegger's wider notion of game can be used to explain the essence of transcendence and of understanding of being. The course of 1928 represents therefore a very important source to understand Heidegger's ontological thinking at the very end of twenties.
