The aim here is to immerse ourselves in the Stagirite's invention: this form of intuition of reality, which constitutes a kind of immediate apprehension that a process based on observation and classification of the activity of living beings recreates. It is from this perspective that we can better understand the invention and use of specifically Aristotelian terms (cause, matter and form, act and potency, or the expression τò τí ἦν ԑἶναı) that can be gleaned from a reflection on the Idea and Form. Finally, we will discuss how the biological point of view, characterized by a unique and passionate view of reality, explains this life of the mind, the theoretical life that is the project and activity of the Lyceum.
